These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") and M7 Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating in India, governing your access to and use of Voixo AI, our AI-powered calling, messaging, and communication automation platform (the "Service", "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the website, using any features, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and may not create an account or access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users including free trial users, paid subscribers, enterprise customers, and users accessing the Platform through organizational accounts.

Acceptance and Eligibility

Age and Capacity Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Voixo AI, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority and possess legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Service. Accounts discovered to be operated by minors will be terminated immediately.

Geographic Restrictions and India-Only Service

Voixo AI is designed and operated exclusively within India. You represent that you are physically located in India and will use the Service only for communications within India.

Use of the Service for international calling or messaging is strictly prohibited. Accounts violating this restriction may be suspended or terminated without notice.

Business Use Only

Voixo AI is a B2B platform intended solely for legitimate commercial and professional use. Personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.

Service Description and Features

Voice Calling Services

Call Recording and Transcription

Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, compliance, analytics, and AI processing. You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consents.

Messaging Channels

External Database Connectivity

The platform supports secure integration with external databases for real-time AI responses. All access is logged and encrypted.

Knowledge Base and AI Configuration

Users may upload knowledge bases, configure AI agent personalities, voices, workflows, and automation logic.

Analytics and API Access

Detailed dashboards, exportable reports, and API access are available based on subscription plan.

Account Registration and Management

Account Creation

You must provide accurate information including legal name, email, phone number (+91), business address, and GSTIN (if applicable).

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities performed through your account.

User Roles

Subscription Plans, Credits, Billing, and Payments

Voixo AI operates on a credit-based billing model with Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

Credits are consumed based on calls, messages, AI usage, transcription, storage, and API usage.

Credits are non-refundable and may expire depending on plan terms.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Activities

You must comply with all Indian laws including TRAI, DND, DLT, IT Act, DPDP Act, and consumer protection laws.

Strictly Prohibited

AI Agents, Content, and Intellectual Property

AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You assume all risks related to AI usage.

You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Voixo AI a license to process it for service delivery.

Voixo AI platform, software, and branding are proprietary intellectual property of M7 Corporation.

Call Recording, Transcription, and Consent

You must provide clear call recording disclosures and AI disclosures at the beginning of each call.

Failure to obtain consent may violate Indian law and result in account termination.

External Database and Messaging Integrations

You are responsible for lawful access, security, consent, and accuracy of external systems connected to Voixo AI.

Service Availability and Support

We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Support levels vary by subscription plan.

Service Modifications

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice for material changes.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.
